Can you eat for bigger breasts?
I am a woman of 36 years who has always had complexity for my little breasts. Have heard that lchf diet can give bigger breasts. Is it true? Some say that nuts give bigger breasts. I do not want to get implants. I don't really think the breast enhancement pills are for everyone.
And you know what, I like my butt and my abs. For someone who is 167 cm tall and weighs 66kg, I think I look pretty good!

Oh, that sounds like a description of myself 15 years ago ... The difference is just that I saw the advantage of not having big boobies and therefore not thinking about making them bigger. However, I would like them to be as perky as possible.
Some things are allowed to accept and do as well as possible. I've always wanted to be at least 170 cm, but I've only got 167, I can not do much about it - so it's easiest to accept and be content with what I've been born with. I was early gray / white-haired and decided that it's CUT !!! Then I managed to hold on and dye. I think so much money I saved on it !!!
What you can do is to train your chest muscles to get a firm foundation for your breasts.
The breast itself may not be firmer, but the muscles around and below hold them in place. Exercise can also have a good effect on what you experience as a dull stomach and hanging ass.
Nuts are useful, but I doubt that you can have a visible effect on your breasts. It is probably more that if you lose weight, you also get an increased fat mass even in your breasts, but it may not be what you wanted.
So - as usual, a good combination of useful food, custom training, and an acceptance of things you can not influence. Focus on your preferences and see the positives that you are as good as you are! With exercise, exercise and a good weight loss plan, you can also remove 4-5 kilograms if they disturb you. You are not fat, but you may be better off if you decide to reduce a few kilos.
